we stayed in newquay for a mini break , the town house was absolutely perfect for us as it was situated within walking distance of the beaches ,the shops, pubs ,and bars.the room we had was at the top of the house which gave us the privacy we needed, with a sea view,across the quay, frans fantastic breakfasts definately set...

It was a delight to spend a few days here. Very relaxing. Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good to find somewhere so stylish. Excellent breakfast choice - opted for the eggs benedict, which was a treat. Other plus points: five minutes to walk to harbour, five minutes walk to town, ten minutes to walk to Fistral beach so perfect...

Lovely B & B - really central, lovely rooms and a breakfast to set you up for the day....Fran makes you very welcome and the cats are cute too! Will be back to stay here again.

Probably the best B & B in Newquay. Fran ( The landlady) was brilliant, The room was great and the breakfast was to die for. Could easily have stayed longer.

Fran is the perfect host from when I walked straight off the street to enquiry till I left. I had only planned on staying one night but I enjoyed it so much I decided to stay another. I was traveling solo and was the only guest for the first night. Fran said she would give me the best room and...

The Newquay Townhouse is a wonderfull place to make a holiday in Newquay. It is all new furnished, beautifull, cozy and clean. Fran is a wonderfull b&b lady, she offers every confort possible to make your holiday a wonderfull time. The rooms a perfect, the bathrooms are new and clean, the breakfeast is the best you can have in holidays....

The Town house is in a central position of Newquay, it is beautifull, cozy and confortable. Fran is very friendly and the perfect b&b landlady to make the holiday really relax. Breakfast is very good, big choise also for persons who doesn't like english breakfast, like me. The rooms and bathrooms are new furnished, with beautifull furniture, and very clean....

Most stylish beautiful house on the street! Best location, 10 minutes walk either side to fistral bay or main town bars as shops... Best breakfast ever!! Choice of full English every day, eggs benedict, salmon, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, I could go on... Parking if you drive, the owner Fran is extreemly helpful and welcoming to her guests..
