Overall our stay was what was expected of Premier Inns. I was disappointed with the final costs. Having booked a 3 night stay at a cost of £252 i enquired about an upgrade to PLUS cost £148 extra Not value for money!!! £400 for 3 nights is expensive for nesspresso m/c and wifi
Fab location/staff and room. Just back from a 4 night stay in. Premier Plus room here. High standard of cleanliness, restaurant was closed in the evening but didnt bother us! Staff were all lovely especially Dani who was always smiling! We did not use the car park so cannot comment on pricing
I stayed at Newquay Premier Inn Sea Front for three nights in September! What an amazing hotel. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the standard room and my room was situated on the 2nd floor room 217 we then requested a sea view room which Katie did her best to accommodate this. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and had a fantastic view over Tolcarne Beach. Great Surf Spot and Bar for drinking and eating. The rooms were big for Newquay standards. I can’t complain about this hotel one bit. The bar was fantastic, and all of the facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant located inside the hotel, was delicious. I dined here for breakfast. Massive shout out to Katie who greeted us after a very long stressful drive. She made us relaxed and comfortable & really stood out for our whole trip! You’re a credit to the Premier Inn chain and you really know how to go the extra mile. Thank you to ALL the Team! Everyone seemed so hard working after what I can imagine was a very busy season.…
From the moment I arrived, the staff here were amazing. A friendly, accommodating welcome from Danielle who took the time to deal with someone who just walking in with no booking. And in doing so, convinced me to stay an extra night and go for a sea front view, good girl, so worth the extra night. The view from the window, perfect sea view. All the staff were accommodating, polite, friendly and very helpful. Well worth staying here if you visit Newquay. Top job guys, thank you!
The hotel is new and clean but the staff very unfriendly and check in was a bad experience. Wouldn't eat there again as the restaurant is open to the check in foyer so not private at all needs some form of screening. Been to alot of premier inns but this was just so unfriendly
Staff were extremely friendly and so helpful, and the meal deal they did was so worth the money. If you are disabled please state you need a walk in shower as some room come with a lower bath and shower which isn't always suitable for people.
I loved this premier inn as I had booked the hotel next door but it was so filthy dirty I couldn’t stay there. This Premier Inn was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and clean and it was very quiet. I loved it. Would stay there again.
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Location great on seafront with perfect views over the bay and a good base for exploring Cornwall further. Newquay in need of some investment and refurbishment but the Premier Inn has led the way in this and is a lovely modern building with very comfortable rooms which were perfectly quiet at night. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi was very poor and didn’t work at all in the bedrooms-however this aside, I would stay again and would recommend to others.
Nice and friendly at reception. Clean room, looked like a newly fitted bathroom. Comfy bed. Pillow a bit hard & high for my liking. Great location right opposite one of Newquay’s beaches. I managed to get parking spots ok for my stay. Nice breakfast- good value. Free water in reception.
Me and my family stayed in this hotel. It was very clean.the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond. I can only praise all of them. Food was very nice. Service was great and fast. Amazing time
