Not the best décor, but Ryan and Jean and staff are the best ever , made our stay brilliant , great meals, and even got in some Newcastle Brown for me ( fantastic), best holiday ever . went with national holidays don't know how they do it for the price.

Me & my husband just returned from Avin 4 nights in Newquay staying at the narrow cliff hotel what a fab time we ad the coach driver glen was lovely so helpful to all polite & nothing was too much trouble top bloke :-) the hotel was nice just the bedrooms needed abit of updating , as for the staff...

Went to this Hotel on a 5 day National Holiday Coach, like to say that se really got good service, the Manager Ryan couldnt do enough for us, rooms were not that big ,was only blot on holiday, but bed very cosy and towels nice and fluffy , food was the best we have hsd on National Holidays, the chef...

Hotel needs some T.L.C.Ryan and his staff could not be faulted, service of the highest standard, food very good, Plenty of choices.Reasonable prices at the bar. Entertainment not that good. If this hotel had some investment to improve the decor it could be made into a top grade hotel to support the excellant staff.

This was the first visit /coach tour with national holidays to say it was poor was an understament .the hotel was very poor from the outside it looked shabby but the worse was still to come .The reception area/lounge was very old fashioned and dirty in apperance (it hadnt been hoovered the three days i was there)the bar was old...

We came here 10 Aug 2015 _15th Aug 2015 On a national holiday trip. A 9 hour bus drive.with 3 stops. When arriving at the hotel we were greated by manager Ryan. Hotel in an excellent location overlooking a fabulous beach and easy walking distance to the town. Staying at this hotel was part of a package tour - though it was changed to another hotel and swapped back to its original location over the time since we booked this short break which was par for the course with Diamond Holidays, sadly.
