We spent two nights in this very comfortable hotel ideally placed on Henver Road offering great access to all Newquay Bays and attractions and easy access to all other nearby resorts.. Our room was warm, comfortably furnished, freshly decorated and offered all mod cons and with the added bonus of a most fabulous view of Newquay, stretching from Porth all...

Stayed for one night, two of us plus one dog, made very welcome by the owners. Out of season so pool not open, but looked decent. Had a great nights sleep, room warmed up nicely once heating kicked in. Breakfast was lovely, the best B&B breakfast I've had in a while. For dog owners, it's within 10-15 minutes of Tolcarne,...

A break is what you make it, so overall I enjoyed my stay, but.... The owner's are friendly and nice, but after our stay we both feel that it is a business first and obviously they want to make money which sort of spoils it, so we feel that customers are 'tolerated'. If you stay past 10 in the morning...

Thanks for your feedback which we will take into account. We have been running the business for almost a year so there are a lot of changes we have made, but also recognise we need to make more so useful for your perspective. We are sorry that you felt cold. We had a new heating system installed recently and are...

Me and my partner stayed here for our bank holiday weekend away! And we enjoyed every minute of it! The Pinelodge B&B was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The B&B was also situated close to the see front and all other attractions to see in Newquay! I would highly recommend the...

Myself and my partner arrived around 10:30am and were greeted and shown to our rooms, although check in wasn't until 2pm, the owners new we had drove from the north and were exhausted, with no extra charge. The room was very cosy, and expected facilities in a budget room, ideal for a short stay, lovely area, close to local amenities...

Another great weekend stay in the Pinelodge, both our rooms were really good, clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast as always was fresh cooked, and there were ample alternatives in continental and cereals, with copious amounts of fresh coffee. This is a very well run B&B and nothing is too much for the owners,...

Very pleasant and helpful hosts. Delicious breakfasts - both the hot (superbly cooked including very pretty oven-baked cherry tomatoes) and the cold (amazing croissants). My single room was small but contained everything I needed including a range of drinks and biscuits.

We decided to have a couple of days away at short notice and this was one of the few remaining places that had a room left so we booked it. The room was very dated, but more importantly was not very clean. The light switch was so dirty with something brown, (I really don't want to know what it was),...

Clare. Thanks for your feedback though clearly we are taken a little aback. We wish you had raised these concerns with us as the time and we could have immediately tried to resolve them for you. We have been running the business since Feb 15 and whilst there are many improvements we would like to make, we cant make them...

Had a lovely stay here for a few days in early September. As both of us have problems with mobility, it was lovely to see that there was a good sized car park, with spaces for around 12-14 vehicles. Yvonne gave us a lovely welcome and directed us to our room (room 6). This room is described as a basic...
