I booked this guest house for 2 nights with my partner and daughter. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and Big. Lovely people who ran it. Perfect location to walk to town and to beaches. Deliscious breakfast. Would definitely recommend. We will be back.

We stayed here in August 2016 and were very happy with our stay. For a very reasonable charge we had a good sized en suite family room with 4 beds. The hosts were very pleasant and happy to help. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and served in a clean well decorated dining room. I see some reviewers...

Nice family run place, with spacious rooms and centrally situated in newquay. Also very close to the beach. Friendly staff. The breakfast was alright. All in all, a decent enough place to stay if you happen to be in newquay.

Where do I start? Absolutely the worst hotel I stayed at during my UK adventure this summer. The room was incredibly dusty...I could write my name on the tv screen with my finger, the shower was moldy and the beds were sunken in. There was no parking so we had to pay to park at a lot down the road....

So sorry Ron that your experience at the St Breca was not up to your expectations. As a family run guest house we pride ourselves on our family atmosphere, maybe a visit to Newquay in the same week as the Boardmasters festival and its 200,000 festival attendees was not such good idea. The parking is clearly stated on our website....

I booked St. Breca while my family and I were on a camping trip. My youngest daughter was not feeling well so I booked the double room for my wife and two children. We arrived to a very warm welcome and shown to our room which was clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with the breakfast and the attention...

My girlfriend and I stayed at St Breca for five nights. Our immediate impressions of the place were positive as we were greeted by a smiling face and a very warm welcome. The B&B was spotlessly clean from top to bottom and the room we stayed in felt more like a home than a hotel room! The full english which...

You could not ask for more. We had a friendly welcome. The place was very clean and tidy. Everything you could want is close by, Town center, shops, pubs, restaurants, beach. Even the train and bus station are near by.

A must place to stay, Nick and Michelle and nicks dad are the perfect hosts, nothing is to much trouble for them, a really warm welcome, there is not much parking available but I had no problem parking at the hotel and I was there for 4 days, hotel spotless, rooms the same, breakfast plenty of it and tasty, overall...
