Great location, breakfast, people, ambience etc etc. Top rooms cramped, helps to be good at parking!! Easy walk to bus stop, main town car park, harbour. My photo is of the Blue Peter Inn down by the waterfront - you coudn't get a better pub - amazing food and beers and very nice bar staff

We had 2 nights here recently. I thought Anna was terrific she managed everything very efficiently with a friendly smile on her face even when she was quite busy Agree the rooms at the top of the house are small and you can hear everything that goes on in the adjoining rooms but we really enjoyed our stay including the...

Thank you for your lovely comments about our house, me and our breakfast! I am sorry we could not accommodate your dog in our breakfast room – whilst we are obviously dog friendly in the rest of the house, our other guests might object and do not have any other place to eat breakfast. We do try to accommodate guests,...

We stayed at the Penryn Hotel for 3 nights in September 2014, As we booked quite late (4 weeks before we went) we were given one of the top floor rooms overlooking the back of other properties in the road. The small window allowed sufficient light and air into the room. There was a five foot bed that took up...

Having read it and seen some of the other reviews you have published, we think that perhaps we were not what you expected, as you are more accustomed to 5 star and luxury boutique hotels – which we are clearly not. We are an excellent bed and breakfast...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in room 8 at the Penryn House Hotel. This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We booked late and could only get one of the hotels smaller rooms, but this was not too much of a problem as it was used only as a base for our stay. Like the...

Thank you for your extensive review of our bed and breakfast and we do appreciate your kind comments. We are however, concerned that you felt our breakfast was not up to scratch. We are passionate about food and this shows in the wide variety and choice on our menu. We only use the freshest, best ingredients and produce you can...

Just got back from our stay at this great hotel. First time back in Polperro for many years and the hotel made our stay perfect. The room was very well equipped with all the mod cons and immaculate. It was compact but we did not go to Polperro to hold a party and invite friends around! Breakfast was one of...

I got a single room at Penryn House, and it had to be one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. However, the layout made good use of the available space, though the use of the en-suite needed a bit of careful planning. Anyone who is a bit on the tall or tubby size might struggle with the room,...
