We have just come back from a lovely holiday at this site.( We went June 15th - June 19th) It is situated in glorious countryside between Looe and Polperro. On arrival we checked in straight away with a receptionist that couldnt be more helpful. The building houses a reception area, a small shop that was surprisingly reasonable, games room, laundry,...

Just come back from a week staying in a Coronation Caravan and we loved it! Really pretty views and lovely caravan. Very comfortable sofas, very clean, spacious and bright. Nice touches such as modern curtains and a cute old fashioned hob kettle. The only downside was the restaurant was extremely basic and not very nice... The food was lovely but...

Many thanks for taking the time to write your review. We are glad to read that you enjoyed your holiday and that you were pleased with your accommodation. We are sorry that you didn't like the decor in the clubhouse. It was refurbished a few years ago and we receive many compliments about it, but obviously isn't to your taste....

I can only review the chalet we were offered before we left the park within ten minutes of arrival. The accommodation smelt terrible and mould was growing on the window. Placing my hand on the bed I could feel the springs coming through. I really can't believe they could expect people to sleep in there. On entering all the windows...

We are truly sorry that these guests decided not to accept their accommodation. We obviously do not offer our top of the range accommodation to people booking bargain breaks through the Sun Newspaper, but we do try to provide all our accommodation in a clean and well-maintained manner. If we failed in this case then we would of course apologise,...

We stayed for 4 nights with our dog in a Regal caravan with a veranda. It was clean and tidy and was very good for a dog friendly one and so nice to be able to sit out on the veranda and enjoy the beautiful view towards Talland Bay. All staff were very friendly, we sat outside the entertainment area...

Booked our stay back in dec 2014 so had six months to wait, read the description of the accommodation seemed cheap and cheerful paid £309 with the insurance. Checked the week before we travelled could have got it for £189!!! Not too happy before we arrived!! 7 steady hours from North Wales we arrived , the ladies on reception were...

We are of course disappointed that this guest felt it necessary to write such a review. Firstly, if we have identified the booking correctly, the hire charge paid was £309 less an early booking discount of £60, making it £249. Like all holiday businesses, we offer last minute deals if we have accommodation available, but of course there is no...

We had a two bed Premier chalet. Yes the view was lovely but the place was so dammed cold. At one stage we had the two spare quilts on our bed. Even the walls felt cold. You have to pay for electricity in the chalets by meter so could not leave the heating on. I have to say that the...

We have just returned from a 4 night break here. I was a little apprehensive before we arrived as we paid very little for the bungalow, with it being a late deal. I was pleasantly suprised. Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are glad that you were pleased with your bungalow and enjoyed your holiday. The dog walking area isn't huge as there are so many other walks in the area. Our septic tank is not situated in this spot so we are at a bit of a loss to know...

I had read the reviews about the chalets so emailed ahead requesting a caravan. When we arrived we were given a chalet unless we paid a minimum of £50. which we did.
