Friendly polite staff. World class views of the coast, beaches and St Ives town. A high standard of cleanliness throughout. Good restaurant. Nothing too much trouble. Within walking distance of the train station, town, restaurants, shops and pubs.
Super hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the view from our bedroom even when the wind was blowing. Nothing was too much trouble and we were in a party of 13 ladies. Comfortable beds and wonderfully clean bathroom.
Great helpful staff. We arrived on the night train from Paddington at 8am. The friendly receptionist allowed us to leave our bags and then called us when our room was available. (before lunch!) Best bit - the views, (from our balcony over the sea we looked out at St Ives…
Lovely hotel in a very special position. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Fantastic views of the sea and St Ive’s from all parts of the hotel. Great food and welcoming atmosphere especially around the fire. Watched seals playing from our balcony. Shall be returning.
