Anthony was very welcoming on arrival and explained all the necessaries and recommended some places for lunch/dinner. Room was clean and tidy with an awesome view of St Ives from the bay window. Breakfast in the morning was really tasty and with good service. We would recommend Little Leaf to other couples.

Our room was clean and spacious with a great view. I imagine the combination of great views and quick, easy walking access to town is quite rare. Antony and Tim were superb hosts. Friendly, efficient and good company, always ready with advice and recommendations if needed. Breakfast was faultless. We'll be back!

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the B&B was very homely and comfortable, with lots of nice touches like complimentary wine. Breakfast was very good, and the view from the dining room is one of the best in St Ives. Parking is always a problem in the town, but I managed to get a free space outside the...

I was on a photography safari and used St Ives as my base for 4 days of shooting across all of West Cornwall. I was a little worried that the guest house might include a little noise from other guests as it is a house and not a hotel. But I was on a budget and the hotels were nearly...

We were warmly greeted by the owners on arrival who explained breakfast details for the morning and also gave good tips for our visit to St Ives. Our case was taken to our room which was up a couple of flights of stairs. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and also included a couple of bottles of...

My wife & i stayed on saturday night as part of a quick autumn visit to one of our favourite places St Ives. It takes about a ten minutes uphill stroll from the train station this superb property. Our room on the first floor was compact (Room 1), but had everything for a comfortable night's sleep, despite the noisy fan...
