I can't fault Little Leaf Guest House. Owned by a very friendly, welcoming and accommodating couple, Anthony and Tim, the guest house is reasonably priced, very clean and the bed we had was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional, offering fresh fruit and cereals, full English Breakfast with a vegetarian option, toast and a wide variety of teas. There's also...

Great guest house. We stayed in room 2 which has lovely views. Made to feel very welcome by Anthony and Tim. If you are looking for a guest house and a great breakfast I doubt you will find one better in St Ives. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a long weekend and were greeted straight away by the lovely owner who gave us a warm welcome and helped us to our room. Stayed in room 4, the cosy room, which was lovely, with the addition of complimentary wine and fluffy blankets. The breakfasts each morning were amazing, with daily specials on top of the wide menu...

Tim & Antony run a very good B&B. Marvelous views of the town sea and beaches. Breakfast very good, enormous mushrooms. I came by train and found the local buses and coach company good. Lots to see in town and surrounds.

Had a great time. Beautiful room and great view, five minutes walk from the port and center. Nicely designed, modern rooms. Loved the electric shower. Special breakfast and very warm hospitality. Certainly worth it.
