This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in at home or abroad so it was a lovely 2 night break before going to Spain The suite was so roomy and overlooked the bay, stunning. The staff are the friendliest of people and nothing seems too much trouble, always smiling. The owner also is a great guy...

I'll tell you how good this hotel is, on the second day we booked for next year. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are lovely, the host was welcoming, breakfast is very good. St Ives is a short walk down the coastal path, with all the food, shopping and beaches you could wish for. I wish we'd found Blue Hayes...

Our second visit to Blue Hayes was just as brilliant as the first. Everything was perfect - service, accommodation, food and the friendliest welcome from Malcolm and the team. It was my birthday during our stay and we were greeted with a bottle of Champagne and a personalised card showing the view from our window - what a lovely touch....

This is a small private hotel managed by the owner, Malcolm, in a quietly efficient friendly way. The colour scheme is neutral and restful on the eye. The staff are as friendly and helpful as Malcolm. Breakfast is a delight. Despite having travelled much of the world I have never seen a breakfast menu with such a wide choice of...

A well situated hotel which is great for a short trip to Cornwall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for contemporary folks, however if you appreciate the little things in life then this hotel is great for you. The staff are very friendly and cooperative to needs. The manager on our arrival was very attentive.

Can't recommend it too highly. Very well sited with unrivalled view. Short wall or taxi distance from everything in the town. Very welcoming, high standard of bedrooms and public areas, remarkable facilities for such a small tables. Very good breakfast.

It is hard to know what I can add to the already fabulous reviews. SO perhaps I should just say - read all the 5 star reviews and they are absolutely correct! The Hotel itself is a delight and really beautifully fitted out. The room (we had the Master Suite) was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable in every aspect. the...

As I said, this was our sixth time at Blue Hayes and we are already booked in again for next year ! I really don't think that I can add anything else from my last reviews, but I feel I must ! We were fortunate to be able to book the Master Suite this year, it is absolutely lovely and...

My husband booked this online as a surprise break. We were awed on arrival. A warm welcome. We booked the master suite with large balcony with sea views. On the day of arrival was a clear sunny day so spectacular views of Penzance. A beautifully decorated and very clean hotel. Malcolm the owner a very nice chap along with his...

My wife and I booked a week’s stay in the spacious Master Suite at the Blue Hayes in St. Ives, Cornwall, and we loved every minute of it. I mean every minute. What’s not to love when you can see the amazing harbor of St. Ives right from your own private terrace. Kudos to Malcolm and his wonderful staff who...
