Really liked the general ambience here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was hearty, good old traditional food, very welcome after a day's walking. Visited twice during my 3 day visit to Carbis Bay...says it all.

Visited yesterday after a walk around Carbis bay, after being stunned by the prices and lack of portion sizes at the beach side cafe, a visit to the Badger was a welcome return to good food, fair prices, all in a dog friendly pub. I had the rack of ribs off the specials board which was great, my partner had...

We saw this pub as we drove to st Ives and then a local man on the beach recommended us to go. There is plenty of parking and we were greeted by the resident Great Dane (Elvis) and his owners. The menu is great and some specials too. The food is served quickly and was delicious. I had the liver...

We stayed as a couple for one night. Lucky to get a room as we just blew in. Comfortable room. Lots of TV channels. Lovely pub atmosphere with very yummy food. Great shower/bath with the best water pressure I've seen in Britain. ❤
