What a wonderful experience we have had ! We have just returned from a week with our hosts Naomi & Andy at the Wheal-E-Mine. On arrival we were greeted by Andy and Naomi who from that moment couldn't be helpful enough. The free parking was a fantastic asset when staying near St Ives in particular. The accommodation [ room 1...

A very welcoming B&B the moment we stepped through the door! Our hosts provided a pot of tea and some fresh baked cakes on arrival, which was a really great start to our break here in St Ives. The room was very spacious, more like the room space you would expect to get in a large-ish hotel, complete with 2...

We regularly use quality guest houses rather than hotels when away in this country and usually search under 'luxury guest houses'. This one certainly fits the description and we had a wonderful few days in an excellent well appointed and comfortable room with fabulous breakfasts and lovely hosts who were friendly and welcoming. We would certainly recommend and would certainly...

We recently enjoyed a 5 night stay at Wheal-E-Mine. We had Room 2 at the front of the house which did have a sea view on one side, but the main view was looking across the green opposite. Although the road seemed busy during the day, at night it was really quiet and we slept very well. The bed was...

We arrived at St Ives with no where booked to stay, we came across this B&B and luckily for us there was a room free. As soon as I walked through the door I could tell it was really clean and well looked after, it even smelt fresh. We had a lovely big room with beautiful views of the sea,...

We stayed for only 1 night 24 June's 2015, that is the only bad thing I can say because I wish we could have stayed much longer. On arrival Andy carried our cases to the room and whilst Naomi offered to make us a pot of tea. We chose the smaller room because we could only stay 1 night. The...

We booked a three night stay at this lovely B & B for our Golden Wedding Anniversary, as we had met in St Ives some 53 years. The whole place is very organised and spotlessly clean and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Andy and Naomi are very helpful, having lots of knowledge about the local area and restaurants etc. It...

From the moment we arrived Andy and Naomi were perfect hosts and were most welcoming and friendly, showed us where to park and Andy carried our bags up to room 1 at the top of the house. Very well situated b&b just a short walk from the town and harbour, the uphill trek back is not to difficult. Room 1...

We have just returned from a break staying at wheal e mine and this is the best B&B we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Andy and Naomi who helped us with our luggage and showed us where to park. Parking is a bonus as a lot of other places have limited or...

Had 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly and helpful owners Andy and Naomi with great breakfasts and excellent room. Really convenient for St Ives centre and beaches, Tate etc. Even the wonderful weather guaranteed by Naomi on booking materialised!
