Had a one night stopover at this lovely place staying in room 2. The location, views and scenery are fantastic and the room was fresh and clean. The service was friendly and efficient and the food good traditional pub fare. There is a free residents parking area behind the pub. If you are planning at staying more than one night,...

We thought we would go to trebarwith strand after being recommended the place for its great scenery. The heavens opened just a few miles away and the road down to the carpark was a bit dangerous in heavy rain. The carpark ticket machines we're not working either so most visitors had displayed notes on windscreens saying this. The pub was...

Live locally so decided to drop down to Trebarwith for a meal at the Port William. We have been many times before and although service can be slow at times the food has always been reassuringly good pub grub, certainly not fancy. However on arrival we were told that the wait for food was an hour, ok we thought, get...

Family visit for lunch whilst passing through on our walk along the coastal path. We chose a seat outside which overlooked the bay. Everything: food, drink and service was perfect and the price was reasonable too. Local ales and local food were available. We enjoyed a ploughman's, pasty and chips and steak burgers and chips; all good quality and imaginatively...

Fantastic cliff top location sadly let down by incredibly slow service, we waited over an hour for 4 meals. We weren't advised of the wait upon ordering, as we were with our two young children we may have reconsidered eating here. Once the food arrived, it was just average, certainly not worth the long wait. We were offered free coffees...

Cornwall has a wonderful dramatic coastline, and some great places to eat, but very seldom do the eating places have dramatic sea views. We were delighted to find one that does. The view from the Port William Inn is magnificent. The food is good pub fare and there are some decent wines on offer. Definitely worth visiting
