Thank you for your comments. A fish finger sandwich is a special on our menu along with other items, when in season the volume of food we produce on a daily basis is extremely high. During each sitting we can deliver around 480 covers. As our kitchen space is designed to deliver our main menu, specials sometimes become simpler to ensure we can deliver them on time and to customer expectation. Fresh fish is always available on our specials board when we have the time, and pan space, to offer it to the high standard we strive to achieve. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
