Sally was the perfect host for our brief trip to Devon to see old friends and introduce them to our puppy Canto! The farm buildings are beautiful and everything feels very peaceful and remote even though you are very close to both Exeter and Topsham. The room was a good size, very comfortable and with a newly refurbished large bathroom....

We spent three nights at Rydon Farm whist visiting a family member who is a student at Exeter University. Sally was friendly, helpful with information and really welcoming. Our room on the ground floor was very clean, comfortable, quite roomy and appeared freshly decorated and fittings were to a high standard. We would definitely wish to stay at Rydon Farm...

An excellent bed and breakfast! Sally was a very helpful host from the initial booking to recommending a local pub for our evening meal. The room was well appointed and the little touches showed attention to detail. The breakfast was a great start to the day. We look forward to returning soon.

Rydon Farm was easy to find and is well located for business or pleasure in the Exeter area. The room was well laid out, spotless and every comfort thought off. Breakfast was a feast! Well worth the cost and highly recommended.

After a long and gruelling journey due to the bad weather, and feeling somewhat flat, we spent one night at Rydon Farm with our family, and our moods were instantly lifted when we were greeted by Sally who is a lovely warm person and when we were taken to our rooms. I spent 2 nights at Rydon farm with my daughter. The room was spacious and well furnished, and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern, and had a great shower. There was a great choice of hot dishes on the breakfast menu, also cereals, yoghurts, juices, fruit etc. The owner Sally was extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

We spent a one night stay at Rydon farm and were very impressed with the standard of accommodation, it was certainly far superior to what we have always thought of as 'Farm B&B' We had the ground floor room which quite took our breath away as we entered the room. The quality of the furnishings was very high and co-ordinated,...
