It can be very difficult reviewing the hotel during these times. Hotels have a critical role for key workers. Quite what defines a key worker at the moment I am not too sure! But in the true definition of one, I am it. The hotel is functioning perfectly well. The rooms are well appointed, parking is ample, cleanliness absolutely perfect. A collection service for dining is available – appreciated and welcome – the menu however does leave a little bit to be desired for us vegetarians – but still – it's better than the alternatives. My concern is the activity of the other guests. Predominantly they are in the construction trade it would seem. A significant amount of loitering in public areas, especially at breakfast time, there is no regulation or control over these guests. On two occasions I choose not to have breakfast to avoid being around too many people. If I became ill, it would have potentially catastrophic affects. Breakfast is reasonably well thought out, sadly no vegetarian option on the hot roll side of life (some vegetarian sausages would be good with in a bun) but I do understand that these times are as they are – so I just chose to eat meat for the time being. What can I say, what a wonderful hotel very clean, rooms lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a night as a stop gap. Would definitely recommend it and will be coming back. One off the best places we have stayed. Thank you holiday inn for a great experience

Average Holiday inn ok for two tight for a family Check in was freindly and quick. The Bar Restaurant has no atmosphere, The Breakfast was good considering the Covid measures, Car park was good plenty of spaces.

Fantastic location. Great friendly staff. Very courteous and helpful. Good size room , bed comfy , fresh and clean linen . Good shower . Covid 19 Breakfast.. You guys have nailed this issue .. Your system works . Although I did hear a lady complaining to her husband . ( I don’t think she understands the issues with covid) Well done . Have stayed here several times in the past but this was the first stay since Covid lockdown earlier in the year. Stayed 4 nights and found the measures taken by staff to be good. Pleasant welcome, good service at dinner in the lounge. Limited menu but good quality light meals. Plenty of parking and pub across the car park. Would certainly stay again.
