Stayed with our children whilst unable to return home due to unexploded WW2 bomb. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, even though it was a very busy time for them. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We were very impressed.

Hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Exeter. Plenty of parking opposite the hotel in station overflow car park. Easy to walk to The Quay and cathedral as well as shopping centre and restaurants. In spite of COVID regulations all the staff were professional and cheerful from check in to check out. Breakfasts were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return. Thank you all.

We stayed here for one night during lockdown as we had a hospital appointment. The room and bathroom were beautifully clean and fresh. When we arrived the lady on reception was fantastic - so helpful. All in all a worrying stay was made very pleasant.

Lovely well loctaed hotel, right next to train station and only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Stayed here for one night and was very pleased. Check in very easy, pleasant staff and very covid secure. Room was clean albeit tired in places as the older style premier inn rooms but no major issue. No noise during the night and a very quiet stay! Would definetely stay again.

This is ideal for Exeter as it is opposite the St Davids railway station and only 15 minute walk from the center. The rooms are as you would expect for a Premier Inn, but as it is on a fairly busy road we were impressed that the double-glazing kept most noise out.
