Very good service, friendly and helpful staff. Never a problem to top up tea etc. Didn't have breakfast on this occasion but I can highly recommend the yummy food from previous experiences :) Sunday night was much cheaper so good value if you are on a budget. Only criticism would be movement on corridors above at certain times but otherwise...

Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Room and bathroom really comfortable and clean and plenty of tea/coffee. Bed and linen very high standard - a great night's sleep. I booked some time in advance and the price was really good value. Right opposite the train station, so easy for luggage etc. Nice easy walk into the city centre - a...

Worst premier Inn I've stayed. Strong smell of dope and the key phobs take ages to open the doors. Sometimes you end up waiting for someone to come out before you can get in. Food was a bonus. Parking in the train station cost £6.50 for 24 hours.

We stayed in this hotel as my son is at college in Exeter. We arrived on the train from Bristol and this Premier Inn was opposite the train station, which was very handy. We were about a 15 min walk away from the College and the City of Exeter. We will definitely stay in this hotel the next time we...

Premier inn have this system that seems to work. It's not the Hilton but it it clean, safe, comfortable and suitable for an normal families needs. Much better than its rivals. For us the location to the station was really good as it's the other side of the carpark.

We stayed here on a Saturday night 14th November 2015. This was our second visit so we knew what to expect. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and given a choice of room. We opted for the 3rd floor which was nice and quiet. The room was as usual for a Premier Inn, very clean and the bed...

Great location, great hotel, couldn't pick a fault. Staff were exceptionally friendly, will definitely be staying again next time I visit Exeter. Did not use food facilities, but from first glance seemed very modern. Security of hotel excellent as well!

Know Exeter quite well and when travelling by myself I always use Premier Inns - consistent quality and familiar rooms. This particular one is a bit of a walk from the main shopping areas, but ideally situated opposite the main line station for those travelling by rail, it is also well situated for the University. I stayed for two nights...

Perfectly located for a railway holiday of Devon & Cornwall, comfortable room, excellent filling breakfasts and quiet, even though my room overlooked the main road. Only slight niggle was the wi-fi kept cutting out, but it really didn't bother me. I will definitely return.

I am a frequent customer at premier inns and at no point have i ever felt the need to write a review and normally fill out their customer surveys without a negative comment. However i feel premier inn could reword their statement regarding the nearby parking. Yes it is nearby (across the road infact) but when it stated "an additional...
