We stopped here for one night while in the city for work. It is just out of town; east to find. The staff were welcoming. You have to pay for parking overnight; £3. The attached restaurant was not open due to Covid restrictions. However, there are plenty of takeouts nearby, including subway and dominos across the road. The room for clean and tidy; the usual premier inn set up. Very long corridors. Good shower. I would definitely recommend for a night’s stay.

Excellent service, spotless room, value for money. Used to visit regularly for university pick ups, now our preferred stop over for short business trips to Cornwall, convenient for both purposes, especially in the current climate when you want to be confident of what will be waiting for you at the end of a long and busy day.

The premier Inn was welcoming. They answered my questions about the car park pay system-I was able to pay at the time of checking in but you could pay when you left if you wanted to. We stayed in a family room, it was a little bit dusty probably due to not being used very much. The blackout curtains were good. The trundle bed was a little uncomfortable. On the whole we all slept fairly well. It was a shame breakfast was not available. My children enjoyed using the facilities in the room including the TV and the shower gel. Very powerful shower

As usual PI was clean and the staff were very good. Covid precautions fully in place and felt safe throughout. Only downside was that I arrived late and after doing some work went to bed and noticed bed was not overly supportive and had a poor night's sleep ... could have asked for another room but it was after midnight .
