We stayed here for one night whilst attending an event at the Exeter Phoenix. Very convenient, relatively easy to park in a public car park nearby and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. It could be our argued that some of the decor is a little bit dated, but that did not matter for us. Good buffet style breakfast, would...

Was clean and comfortable and breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly. Bit faded and jaded needs updating in a few places. Very small TV. Would stay again if was in area as it was local to town centre.

We stayed for three nights. It was a quiet street near the centre of Exeter and near the train station, within easy walking of both. Our room was en suite in the front of of the building and very pleasant, it was very clean. The breakfast was good. Overall it was fairly basic but extremely well priced, everything you could...

We checked in on the 9th September 2016 for two nights. We were welcomed warmly and the check in was great. The room was dated and certainly not worth the rate we paid. The worst thing was that the cups were not washed and towels left exactly where we left them in the morning. Housekeeping, attention to detail and service...

I was on a tour that used this facility, among others, in Exeter. It was not a good experience, and I'd never stay there again. The man who checked me in was not good with his English, and while I don't hold that against him personally, it hampered his orienting me to the facility. He pointed out the communal bath...

If you're in Exeter this is the place to stay. Any hotel can have nice rooms but this little B&B gives you so much more with the "feeling at home" atmosphere the staff create with excellent service. They're very nice and helpful and really takes care of their customers. We were three in my company and we tried both the...

I give this B and B a Poor rating because the bed was simply awful! It has a good location, okay breakfast, rather small room, nice bathroom. But the main reason you come there is to sleep, so the bed really should be better than springs poking you in the back all night--horrible!

Made the booking last minute on booking.com. We arrived 20 minutes later to find that our booking information was already printed off and our room had already been allocated which impressed us. We stayed in room 4 which was at the front of the building, room very airy with big windows. Everything in the room was lovely and clean with...
