I stayed here for a uni interview and while yes theres good parking and the room itself was clean and a good size the beds were slanted and the room was dark. The juices at breakfast were warm with rock hard pastries though the service was good. I've saved the worst till last. There was a leak in the bathroom...

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There was no luxury, but it was very comfortable, quite quiet and the bed was good to sleep in. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast options were a bit limited, though. It was hard to get the service staff on the phone or generally to find them around.

This hotel is in a great location only 5 mins walk from Exeter Central station and the city centre. We arrived by train so I can't say how easy it is to park in the area, although there is a car park immediately in front of the hotel. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming and in particular full marks to...

We decided to take a weekend break by train. Queens Court is easily walkable from both stations and was very welcoming when we arrived. Our room had some character; and despite the Hotel being central there was an air of tranquillity. Breakfast was excellent; and we had an delicious evening meal there too. Queens Court made a very good base...

I stayed here with my boyfriend in October. The hotel was in a brilliant location and the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming and generally the place was good. I would go back. Only negatives were it was a bit shabby and the fire door outside the bedroom needed oiling!

We spent one night at the Queens Court on a deal so it was very good value. First impression was negative as the reception and stairs/corridors are the narrow and looking tired. That may be why the place was swarming with decorators preparing a quote. Our room was small but had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The cooked...

We had a pleasant stay at the Queens Court Hotel. It is perfectly located for exploring Exeter being a 5 minute walk to the city centre. It is 5 minutes from Exeter Central railway station and about 15 minutes from Exeter St Davids. Although centrally located it is peacefully situated within a square so no traffic noise. We stayed for...

Nice approach to this hotel which gives you a warm feeling but internally it's a slightly different feel. Our room was dated and to pay for an upgrade to a larger room to find an extra single bed in there defeated the object of having paid extra for more space. Beds were not very comfy and decor leaves a lot...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Trip Advisor Award of excellence for the past 4 years is testament to the care and quality of this family run hotel in the heart of Exeter. The Queens Court Hotel is a beautiful Georgian town house situated on a leafy square in a city, which dates back to the medieval ages. All rooms are well appointed, all with en-suites. Relax in the bar and lounge or sit outside on the terrace. Visit the jewel in the crown of the Queen's Court, The Olive Tree restaurant. Multi-award winning, dine amongst the Venetian masks and enjoy the produce of the West Country. All the food is freshly prepared and cooked for you, drawing influences from Italy and the Mediterranean. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the high street, main train stations and very conveniently placed for the University. It is also fortunate to have a public car park on its doorstep that is free overnight and very reasonably priced in the day. Exeter is positioned in the Heart of Devon making it a great location to experience everything the West Country has to offer. ... more   less
