We spent a night recently at the braeside and have never been made to feel so welcome. Parking was arranged and help with luggage was on hand. Breakfast was excellent and in a homely setting. We would definitely stay again if we are in that area

We stayed here as a stop off while visiting friends. The location was fairly central - easy walk to centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The couple were fantastic - really friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Nice room lovely breakfast. The only and thing is the traffic. But all in all a very nice stay. Rooms have everything you need and the owners are very nice and helpful. A very enjoyable stay which went to help with a busy time at work in the days. Thank you

Braeside was pretty much the cheapest offer in Exeter when I made a last minute booking for a work trip. So I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be central, well appointed and run with friendly warmth and care. I walked 200 yards from Exeter Central. My single room was reached via three flights of winding stairs. It...

Good location for walking into town, just what we needed for our weekend in Exeter. The staff were really friendly as well which always makes a stay nicer. The parking was actually good as well considering the location - it was £4 per car to park on the same street. The downsides were the family room was way to small...
