Very well done on the award, my husband and I returned last Autumn for a short break, hosts Jane & Richard work so hard to make guests welcome, they are always available, always on hand with advice on walks, places to eat and attractions to visit. Sea views, sunsets, perfect location, delicious breakfast. Thoroughly recommended - very well done again.

The balcony & conservatory to our room overlooking the sea. The relaxed and 'at home' ambience yet a professional and quick service when waiting on the tables, the printouts of maps and info for places to go, tailored to...

We were in need a few days away from it all. We stayed at Shelley's last year and had such a relaxing stay we thought we'd return. Jane & Richard welcomed us taking our cases up to our room. The room was as before spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable, and had lovely sea views looking out over Lynmouth Bay...
