We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse in the first week of April. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and is obviously dedicated to providing accommodation of a high standard. It was absolutely fabulous, very spacious and the views were magnificent. We were lucky to have beautiful weather too! We had the large master bedroom with a large en-suite but...

Stayed one night at the Lynton Cottage in the CSL suite, massive room, with kitchen, sitting room and large ensuite. Great views across the bay from the lounge and bedroom. The rooms were newly decorated and very clean. Breakfast was very good, well cooked and hot. Some people have mentioned poor WiFi, I didn't have any problems.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed our Baronets Quarters Villa. The renovation allowed us to restore some of its former glory, including exposing some of the beautiful stonework. We haven't found the secret tunnel yet linking the Church to smugglers caves in Lynmouth but will keep looking !! We look forward to seeing you again in...

- We booked the room in the eves of the tower with balcony. On arriving the owner told us he had upgraded us to another room which had a lounge and kitchen, however, we actually preferred the room we originally booked so took that one. Saying that the (upgrade) room was gorgeous with great views, but the bathroom perhaps let...

Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. The renovation is now substantially complete with a few snagging items. This also includes some change of colour schemes. I think one of our only two taxis in the village was on holiday that week, so probably had his telephone switched off. We look forward to seeing you...

Beautiful furnishings. Very spacious. Huge en-suite beautifully decorated. Amazed to find a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and extra twin beds upstairs. Sea views from lounge and bedroom also from the breakfast room are stunning. One negative review unfortunately is that the wifi is terribly spasmodic even though they have upgraded it. Found the best reception is in the reception!...

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay in our newly renovated C S Lewis Balcony Apartment. We do now have Superfast broadband and have completed the transfer from Old Slowcoach. If there are any glitches we investigate immediately. We do find however, that sometimes a couple can arrive with three media devices, and only successfully...

Lovely accommodation, we booked B&B but weekly rental main business. Super rooms, great views, friendly helpful owner. Lynton is a bit seasonal, but even in March lots to do and restaurants open locally. Look forward to going again

We stayed here towards the end of the season. The room was good, the attic suite, with huge bathroom. The bath was standalone, and impossible for my wife to get in. Windows were in a poor state, though nice view. It seems that the hotel is to be turned into Apartments, hence the general somewhat run down feeling, threadbare stair...

Thank you for your response. We are slightly surprised that you should choose to wait until Xmas Day,.... more than two months after our end of season and your stay...., to post an inaccurate review.
