We visit this excellent B & B every year whilst taking part in a fishing competition in Plymouth. Rob and Sue are always so friendly and willing to do anything for us, often putting themselves out to accommodate our needs. The whole place is spotless and perfectly comfortable with an excellent breakfast offering practically everything you could want. Looking forward...

While the reviews I had read about this guest house were good, I was delighted to discover that it went beyond my expectations. It is very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. The rug in my bedroom looked new, the sheets were new and comfortable, and the bathroom was spit spot clean. The owners are hospitable and thoughtful, and sincerely...

I confess to knowing the owner of this guest house but had never stayed there. His descriptions of his house are not exaggerated. It is simply a superb guest house offering a wonderful welcome great rooms and equally impressive breakfast menu. I cannot say much more than try it you will not be disappointed.

We used the Barbican Reach for an overnight stay visiting the kids who are living down in Plymouth whilst studying. This B&B is ideally located so you can walk around the corner and all the bars and eateries are right there. The hosts were very nice, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable. I cannot comment on breakfast as...

A very decent option for a guesthouses one can stay in anywhere. Following our reservation, we were contacted by Rob and Sue for check-in details some days before arrival, and had a warm welcome from both on arrival . The location cannot be better in the barbican area across the road from the Hoe. It was a perfect walk in...

Literally no negatives come to mind and the list of positives are many. Where to begin? The owners, Rob & Sue, were extremely friendly. The room was cosy with en-suite, exceptionally clean and suitably kitted out. Rob's breakfast did live up to the hype, highly recommended. Location could not be better, a stone's throw from the Barbican and Hoe. Parked...

We stayed in this lovely guest house as we were visiting Plymouth for a show. We were given a great welcome by Rob who provided us with a parking permit for the duration of our stay for £2 which was really great as we then didn't need to worry about the car and meter tickets. He also explained about breakfast...
