Depressing room which was gloomy. Snoring neighbour kept us awake during the evening. To add to the misery breakfast was basic & in a soulless basement room. over rated and other options in Plymouth worth considering.

Had a long weekend away in Plymouth and stayed at this hotel. We were made very welcome and given our room key. They do not do evening meals but they can recommend local restraunts. Breakfast is cooked to order and was beautiful. The room was excellant and had a seperate shower and modern bath. We had a fourposter bed. The...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Unfortunately we don't have a lift here at the hotel and our lovely Grand Suite is located on the fourth floor. We will always assist with any bags you may have. We have some Superior Rooms on lower floors...

We have stayed at many of the hotels and B&Bs in Plymouth whilst visiting the theatre. It is true that there are no five star hotels and that there is not a great selection to choose from. This hotel is very convenient for the theatre and for the wonderful views and walks on The Hoe. If like me, you insist...

Stayed in this lovely hotel last night as we attended a concert in Plymouth, we had the suite which was lovely, the bed was so comfy and the shower was great! Could be doing with a blind in the bathroom, my only complaint! Whole hotel was immaculate and lovely staff. Breakfast was fine with plenty on offer. Would recommend as...

Stayed mid november, ok hotels very basic room and facilities. Parking is a nightmare with employees taking most of the off-street (rear) parking, Bar closes right at midnight and breakfast is ok, nothing special.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that your thought your stay was just 'ok'. We are a mid-range hotel and we certainly don't offer all the bells and whistles of more expensive hotels in the city, but we think what we do offer is a very clean and comfortable environment, with friendly staff...

I can't compliment this hotel enough! I stayed here with my mum and we had a twin room. It was clean, a good size and was everything we needed! Beds were comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep! Bathroom was spotless and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided! Bonus was the iron and ironing board! Breakfast was...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review! Sounds like you had a lovely time with us and we hope to welcome you back here on your next visit to Plymouth. We try and cater as much as we can for vegetarians and those with food intolerances. We have 'veggie' sausages, gluten free bread, soy...

The hotel is great and in a perfect location. Just by the Hoe and the sea so good for a nice walk and in a quiet spot. The rooms are incredibly basic. No fridge, no bath, no phone but they are clean and big enough and wifi quality is good. The hotel is pretty modern and the staff are incredibly...

This is my 3rd stay and I am never disappointed, clean rooms, happy staff and lovely lounge areas to sip a sneaky GnT! Breakfast is always good with a huge selection of fresh fruits, pastries and a scrumptious cooked menu.
