Stayed for 2 nights. Immaculately clean. Good feng shui, layout of everything well considered. In excellent repair throughout. I was in room 3, double ensuite. Worth more than was charged. Excellent value. Breakfast was not only generous in size, but of obviously good quality. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. If you want a traditional guest house experience, I wholeheartedly...

Lovely people give a warm welcome. This place provides value for money. The room is clean tidy and quiet. The breakfast is filling and service is great. This place is centrally located so no need for taxi. I will be staying here again.

My mum and I have just returned from a stay in Plymouth where we had the pleasure of staying in this B&B for three nights. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner who offered to help carry our bags upstairs which was a lovely gesture, particularly as a medical condition that has recently been deteriorating has made...

My wife and I had to travel to Plymouth to visit a sick relative and decided to stay overnight. We were fortunate enough to come across Poppy's and received a very warm welcome from Diane even though we were later arriving than we had originally thought. The room (No 3) was comfortable and clean with a particularly good shower. The...

Bathroom had a walk in shower and was very clean and modern. Nice having your own kettle with tea and coffee, with free bottles of water. The breakfast...

So pleased you enjoyed your stay at Poppy's and that you would recommend Poppy's to others. We like to think our breakfast menu offers something for everyone from our big Poppy's breakfast to lighter options for those wanting a smaller breakfast. It was a pleasure to meet you both.
