Very conveniently situated close to all major amenities. We booked on the basis of the many good reviews and we were not disappointed. This guest house is a credit to the owners and staff. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again without hesitation. We must mention that there is a good pub restaurant called The Pub On The Hoe...

This is a well appointed and very friendly guesthouse that is situated only a short walk from the graduation marquees on Plymouth Hoe. The facilities were very clean and modern and breakfast was good. Parking available in the street and a Zone H parking ticket available from the guesthouse valid from 10.00 until 18.00 for the very reasonable price of...

Had a lovely stay as usual, friendly and warm atmosphere, clean, well maintained room. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Great location for town and the hoe, we use this hotel when visiting family. We always enjoy our stay.

We travel to Plymouth every August for my Submarine Service reunion. Have stayed here now for about 10 years now. Phil, Linda and Stacey are excellent hosts. Unfortunately, Molly the dog has died since last year but Oscar is still going strong. Excellent location for the Hoe and other attractions. As we travel by train the parking is not a...

An excellent location for the Hoe. Our room was clean and comfortable , staff friendly and helpful and breakfast very nice(though the timings are squeezed up to a point that they can hardly cope with demand). Parking is an issue but the hotel provides a permit which eases things once you have found a space.A very good value stay

Many thanks for your review and feedback. It is certainly a very busy time when the fireworks are on and it may be an idea for us to extend our breakfast times so we will maybe think about that for next year! Kind regards and thanks again!

Recently stayed here as when working in the area. The b&b was real nice. Very clean, quiet, and a great location for getting about Plymouth. Breakfast was great. The only reason I'm not giving it 5/5 is that my bed was very hard. Think the mattress had seen better days. There was a big dip in the middle of it....

Many thanks for your review and feedback. We have new mattresses on the way! We do change them quite often and we sincerely apologise! We are grateful to you for bringing this to our attention though and thank you for your kind words. We look forward to seeing you again when you're back in Plymouth. S

Lovely and clean B&B, very friendly owners and a lovely cooked breakfast as well. You do have to pay £2 a day parking if you park there before 6pm after that it's free.. only criticism is the memory foam mattress.. too thin and could feel the lats from the bed when you slept but besides that all good.

Phil, Linda and Stacey are the perfect hosts in this spotlessly clean B&B. My sister and I stayed for 3 nights in June 2016. We arrived as strangers but left with hugs all round. The rooms were very comfortable, both had en suite facilities. Towels were changed on a daily basis without asking. Breakfast was freshly cooked by Phil and...

Totally faultless B&B. Wonderful genuine welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for. Lovely nights sleep and to top it all a superb breakfast........all in all about as good as it gets. We will be back for sure, thank you. Andy & Tina , Newquay
