We stayed at Seabreezes at the beginning and end of our Devon Coast to Coast bike ride. Anne couldn't have been more helpful. A brilliant hostess. The standard of the room decor and cleanliness is very high. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

My friends and I stayed at the Sea Breezes at the start and finish of our trip, an excellent choice. Anne is a great hostess, it was clean and very comfortable, and the decor was great. Nothing was too much trouble for them, just loved it! I had a horrible fall half way through our ride and was transported back...

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a 2 week stay in Devon. Great location to explore Plymouth - the Hoe and Smeaton's Tower are less than 5 minutes walk. Anne was very friendly and looked after us, we asked for the bed to be made up with a sheet/quilt rather than a duvet and that was...

We stayed here for three nights to visit Plymouth, it's in a perfect location to walk along the Hoe, or into town or to the ferry to Edgecumbe. Anne is the perfect host, friendly and helpful. She knows the are well, and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants. We had a side sea view from our window, room 2....

On our last morning we had to leave really early and she very kindly made us a packed lunch to take with us. The...

Stayed for one night in the top room - a double room with a further smaller room with bunk beds and an en suite leading from it. The main room was lovely - spacious, clean and airy. The bunk bed room was also lovely - good sized, comfy beds. (Absolutely fine for adults!) The host was very friendly; both on...

4.5 stars really, we had a lovely room and breakfast, and Anne was very welcoming. The house is very near Plymouth Hoe and we had a view of the sea from our room. We can recommend the Wet Wok a nearby Chinese Restaurant, newly refurbished after storm damage in 2014.

This is a very comfortable place to stay, with a lovely hostess, Anne. Her breakfasts are good, and the room is pleasant with one of the best beds I've slept in. If you are expecting sea views, however, our room had none, but it didn't particularly matter. Outside the front door, the sea is about 20 metres way. Recommended.

Just an overnight 'pit stop' on our way back from Penzance but wished we could have stayed longer. A warm welcome from proprietor Anne and we were shown to (we think) the best room in the house, which was very comfortable, decorated to a high standard and had great views over the harbour. Good suggestions for places to eat, and...
