I have stayed in some pretty terrible hotels in my time but this topped them all. We booked over the phone, when a friendly man greeted us and told us that his rooms were of excellent standard and he was sure we'd be very comfortable. When we (me, my mother, my uncle and his family) arrived it seemed like your...

I booked this hotel as a last minute solution, what a mistake! This place smells and it's dirty. There was mold on the window and we couldn't even close it, so we had to put up with the noisy street all night long. There was dust in most places and the shower was filthy. I don't even know this place...

the gentleman that greeted me didn't know anything about my reservation or how much to charge me. After being shown to my room there was no cup to go with the saucer and the bath room hadn't been cleaned and had no toilet paper. The toilet had urine and hair on the seat. The breakfast service time was so short...

Look at their website and it looks good but try matching the photo on their website to the one we took ..... exactly this place is run down but infact it should be shut down. There were 5 tv sets and a hedge trimmer in the 'dining room' when we arrived they were still there 2 days later when we...

I read a few reviews of this place and didnt think it could be that bad, how very wrong i was. This 'hotel' and i use that word very loosely is worse than words can describe, as you can see by my enclosed picture something was growing in the shower cubicle. I stayed here for one night with my partner,...

I needed somewhere close to the Station and this place was offering a special deal according to their website When I got there late evening I wasnt happy but had little choice but to pay for the room upfront as demanded and went out for dinner. On return I found no heating in my room ( this is January) the...

The hotel itself was in a convenient location and had a car park. The room was adequate although quite dated and lacking any atmosphere. We went for breakfast at 9.15am to be told that breakfast stopped at 9am (this was a Sunday so had assumed it may be slightly later). We were not told about the times for b'fast when...

I booked this hotel because of the close proximity to Home Park - we went to see George Michael in concert. The hotel was terrible, there is nothing good to say about it at all. The room was cramped, the bed linen questionable as to its cleaniliness. The ensuite was horrible. Couldn't get the kettle to boil at all for...
