Stayed there for three nights for 240. Cirridor Carpet needs cleaning. Sticky ballister. Nice room, smelled like bleach when we came in which is good I guess for cleanliness not so much that there is no ventilation... the breakfast smell and smoke is in the whole hallway. If you can get the windows to the street.

Booked this based on reviews and found it to be exactly what I wanted. A good room with a view of the sea within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants, shops, buses and not too far from the station. Staff are very helpful and room is clean. Cooked breakfast has all the usual options and nicely cooked. It offers...

Booked this as a last minute trip. The placement is ideal for The Hoe, The Barbican and the town. Parking is very limited at the rear but that is true of virtually the whole of Plymouth, where most places you have to park on the street. The room we had was not the largest room but it had all the...

I stayed here this last week whilst working in Plymouth. My stay was very comfortable. I travelled home , not realising until I had arrived at my destination that I had left some ear phones in a pouch. These are vital to me as I have sensitive ears. I phone Nigel the Proprietor after nine that evening to see if...

I stayed here with two friends late in September 2014. Nigel, the owner, was helpful from the moment we arrived with our excessive amounts of luggage, directing us to a safe parking spot so we could unload the car. We were very pleased with the room, which had a view out to sea. The hotel is in a central location...

We booked on spec as our b&b did not have any room for extra days. We were given the attic room turned out to be lovely and spacious as family room. Not for the faint hearted as 5 flights of stairs and last few quite tight but we coped and were given choice to view before booking. Enjoy suite handy....

Stayed here for 3 nights at Christmas. A great location on the Hoe a short walking distance to the sea front and shopping centre. The owner Nigel was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was ok but a bit on the small side. As for the rooms they are in serious need of modernisation. An old style portable tv...
