The hotel and staff were very good and polite. One of the best breakfasts that I have had in a premier inn for a long time. The real ale in the pub linked to the hotel was terrible.but overall I would stay here again.

Poor handling of our booking, the food on the first night was a total let down.food and paper littered under the dinning tables, had to ask for our table to be wiped down, as it was dirty with waste food, it just felt tiered and un kept

We have used this hotel a number of times. On this occasion we did not suffer problems with an overheated room but were very disappointed to find that moving forwad we would be expected to pay £5 per night to park.

Stay in Plymouth Overnight. Premiere Inn right by the Quay, short walk into the town and many tourist attractions. Hotel was lovely and we slept well. Loved Plymouth but car park was flooded when we got back which I thought was hilarious my partner not so happy. Cars were fine but our feet were sopping wet.

Excellent service from booking to departure. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient from the manager on reception and all the reception staff, the smiley cleaning staff, the restaurant team too. Breakfast was wonderful and I felt well looked after in every way. The Plymouth Aquarium is a few minutes walk away and I was even given a money off...

We were a party of 8 plus 1 child who had driven down from London. We were going to a passing out parade at HMS Raleigh. The hotel was in the heart of the City Centre and car parking was free for guests but we were informed this will be changing soon. We had dinner at the restaurant situated less...

We stayed at this hotel as the location is excellent and it's great value for money. Free on-site parking is also a bonus. The bridge closes at 11pm so if you're having a late night in the Barbican then you'll need to walk the long way around.

This Premier Inn is very convenient for the Barbican area with it's eateries and visitor attractions. Good sized rooms are comfortable and adequate for this class of hotel. First floor rooms over the car park are quiet and look out to the Barbican. Didn't like the fact that breakfast is taken a short walk across the car park in a...

Having stayed in Premier Inn before we expected a similar service. This was not quite the case. Booked a twin room and had the room changed to a twin whilst we were at dinner. Then in the morning only one towel. Took ages for the waiter to come and take our order for dinner then ages for it to arrive....
