Lovely "at home" decoration. Very comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available in the bedroom. Breakfast is lovely, loads of choice and cook as ordered ! Elaine is very nice and helped us get around Plymouth without getting lost. Lovely, professional and cosy place to stay 😄

I stayed for one night in Plymouth. Elaine was away, but the other lady was extremely helpful and even lent me a charger for my mobile phone ! I had a single room with ensuite, which was very cosy , clean and had everything I needed. The guest house was really quiet and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was...

We received a very friendly welcome from the owner, Elaine who took us straight to our very comfortable, bright room and gave us maps and helpful information of where to eat, etc. We stayed here for two nights. The breakfasts were very good and the staff serving were very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elaine...

The guesthouse was easy to find and I received a friendly welcome. I booked a single room and it was perfect. Everything I needed from en-suite with shower; soft towels; tv; free wifi; a large variety of hot drinks and very importantly, everything was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillow were so comfy and I had a great night's sleep....

My fiancé and I stayed here on a short break down to Plymouth to see my sister. It was a lovely little place with very friendly, helpful staff. When we got there we were welcomed nicely and were given a tour so we were aware where everything was. The room was clean and there were extras such as a flatscreen...

Lovely little guest house very close to the harbour and attractions. I stayed for one night in a single ensuite room while visiting my grandson at University. The room was small but the hospitality and breakfast certainly made up for it. I'm a vegetarian but that was no problem to Elaine, the owner. Downside was the late check in (5pm)...

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, very quiet at night, very clean room and bathroom, and excellent location just 2 min walk away from the seafront, nice pub and good fish and chips, 5-10 min from the Hoe, 15 min from the city centre (also bus to the city centre is just at the end of the street). Taxi to/from...

My mother and I stayed here for my uni open day as we had come from about 5 hours away. It was incredibly clean and there were some complimentary teas, coffees, hot chocolate and a biscuit. The shower was a bit weak, and sprayed in every direction except from onto my head but it did the job, so can't complain....
