Felt like I had walked into a 1950's B&B in Blackpool. Hotel decor very shabby. Hotel Management did not care about guests at all, were very unfriedly and unhelpful. Breakfast and Dinner were served at 8.30 and 18.30 exactly with no variation allowed. Single room smelt musty and the bathroom was so dated it had no handrails for the shower...

I got my dates wrong when I booked and so when I arrived they were full booked. Admittedly my fault. But they were so unwelcoming and rude to me that I wouldn't have stayed even if it was free. The man and woman behind reception looked at me like I was scum and argued with me rather being sympathetic when...

A well located hotel was let down by poor service and sparce food. Having stayed at Robinsons's Eastbourne Hotel we were expecting better. We would not recommend this hotel. We have no complaints about the tour service, all the drivers were great. But as to the running of the hotel although there were a great many elderly, infirm guests, a...

This was a 7 day tour with Robinsons coaches. The journey was handled very efficiently with pickups at motorway services, reducing all the time it can take to go to town centre bus stations. Our driver Allan was nice and friendly. The hotel itself is ok but a bit tired, rusty bathroom cabinets and well worn carpets, but kept very clean....

I stayed with three friends for the Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel is lovely and five minutes walk to the sea front. The rooms are a good size. We paid extra for a sea view which was well worth it. Food was fine - dinner was a set time at 6.30 which we had to order at breakfast. It might...
