What a fantastic b&b. Let me start by saying- Sharon the owner is lovely! And made us feel welcome instantly. Plenty of parking out front of the b&b. Breakfast is lovely, and served by a lovely and friendly waitress! The room is SPOTLESS, and I am really picky! Good comfortable bed, great prices. This has to be one of the best B and Bs we have ever stayed in. Torquay is a beautiful place too! If you are thinking about booking the Kelvin house, I would certainly recommend it

Comfortable bed and very friendly welcoming staff. The room lacked those little thoughtful extras one expects in a B&B - box of tissues, cleaning pads, etc. Quite a lot of traffic noise. Unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing - rather poor coffee, and eggs overcooked. Lovely waitress though. Maybe we've just been spoiled in other places.

Such a quaint establishment. The two owners were so friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy and immaculate. Breakfast had plenty of choice and there is also a communal lounge. The seafront is a short 10mins walk away.

Spent a lovely bank holiday in the company of my lovely wife and my bessie mates. Accommodation was fantastic and the hosts Carl and Sharon could not do enough to make our stay so enjoyable. That impressed that we have already booked again next year.

Stayed here August bank weekend the hosts Sharon and Carl were amazing, they were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you, gave us fantastic advice on places to visit during our stay. Breakfast was lovely and tables were safely distance ensuring that we were COVID safe with safety measures put in place with disposable gloves for when you were able to self serve your refreshments. The hotel was absolutely immaculately clean and the room was very comfortable, strongly recommend this fabulous hotel, we will be back next year thank you so much Sharon and Carl
