It is a strange mix of a hotel, they are nice rooms, (although mines was cold to start - -but there are extra heaters) Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very good. Fantastic views from the front of the hotel, I can't make my mind up about the restaurant, it is very hit and miss for the price I keep expecting... More

My wife and I experienced a long 4 day / 3 night weekend, of Dinner , Bed and Breakfast, and what good value for money. Slight problem on arrival, but that was dealt with quickly, thanks to the Duty Manager and General Manager support. Our room was at the back of the hotel, but very sizeable, and although it was... Outside of hotel stunning, just like the Crescent Bath, with fabulous views out to sea. Only stayed B&B but the breakfast was outstanding. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed on arrival as they were refurbishing the corridors to our room (which was on the 3rd) floor) so we had to get the lift the 2nd floor... More

We were meeting the family of 20 and staying 2 and 3 nights. Nice hotel, good staff, excellent food. Our room was large as was the bathroom, just a few blips, the shades on the bedside table were so dark we could not see to read. The shower did not have anywhere to put your towel. This did not spoil... More

My wife and two of her friends visited the Osborne Hotel on Sunday afternoon for lunch only to find the restaurant only opens in the winter, the brasserie is used in the summer. (This despite the hotel's website stating the restaurant is open) No problem, the 3 ladies ordered lunch, Fish and Chips and 2 Hake with new potatoes. My... More

A lovely refurbished traditional hotel, lovely rooms, a good menu and friendly staff though a couple did struggle to speak English. I was there on a corporate rate and had a rear facing room which was great for the price but not much of a view the forward facing rooms however had a fabulous sea view and on the day... More

The Hotel was classed as 4* The room was average, the bathroom was tacky and needed modernising. There was no space to keep toiletries etc. The corridor ha a very strong smell of fresh paint, they should have left the windows open somewhere! We told them we were vegetarians. The breakfast on the 1st morning, excellent! The second day, was... More

We booked this hotel through Amazon Local and we were not sure how we would be treated. But i can safely say we had a wonderful time and was beyond our expectations.
