when we arrived at the Hotel/Lodge we had a warm welcome from the owner Kim, we checked in and we was shown to our room and everything was explained clearly and politely. I have to say that this hotel is spotlessly clean and attention to details that you get is remarkable. The rooms are warm, spotless clean and very well...

We arrived late Friday afternoon (later than we had anticipated due to heavy traffic), Kim greeted us with a warm smile and made us immediately welcome. After showing us to our room she offered us a much appreciated cup of tea. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and had all the little touches that made it extra special. Kim...

Bentley Lodge is an ideal place to stay for a short break in Torquay. Kim and David are lovely hosts, very warm and friendly without being OTT. Our room was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need - tea making facilities, mini fridge with water, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and plenty of storage...

All the Trip Advisor comments are absolutely right, this hotel is superb. Right from the time of arrival to the moment we left the next morning. (after a superb breakfast) Kim and David could not have been more welcoming and helpful. If we are in the area again we would make Bentley Lodge our number one. Thank you

Could not fault this accommodation from the warm welcome to the excellent facilities. If only the weather was warmer!!!! The Lodge only caters for breakfast (which is excellent) but the choice covers most peoples requirements

Kim and David were very welcoming and very good hosts, nothing too much trouble for them. Breakfasts were prompt and anything you requested was supplied. The situation of the B&B might however be a little too far from the seafront for people not able to walk far although we found it invigorating, it takes only 10/15 minutes but is downhill...
