We had an amazing time at Trinity Mews! I booked apartment 7 for 2 adults and 3 children and we were extremely happy with everything, the place was spotless and really nice decorated, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. We loved the welcome pack and the toiletries, everything in the apartment is of very good quality and we've been so happy with it that we even extended our stay for an extra 2 nights. The apartment is located only a few steps away from the town centre and the harbour, very close to all the attractions and the bus stops, if you wish to enjoy a bus ride. The kids enjoyed Alexa and the board games and they all loved the apartment, so we will definitely come back and recommended to friends and family. Thank you very much for a nice stay, it really is indeed a home from home!…

My wife and I booked this late in December for a 3 night break, we arrived by train and after a short wait was sent the key safe code for the apartment. This property is about 2 mins walk up a short hill to the premises and idealy located for torquay town , harbour and beaches.The property has a kitchen located on the ground floor with bathroom , sitting room and bedroom on the first floor. The apartment was nicely decorated clean and comfortable and could not realy find anything that the owners had forgotten. Did have to phone about the free internet but this was quickly sorted.We would use these premises again with pleasure.

Total joke of a place. Free parking .... what parking. As others have said in reviews the parking is NOT guaranteed. It was impossible to park. You would expect a proper car park dedicated to the property not very limited on street parking which has to be shared with all Propeties in the area! The apartment was dated, carpets dirty (As other reviewers have also stated) Shower full of mold, very few sockets, dining table about to fall apart, uneven floor throughout. So many better properties to stay in. We would never stay here again. From reading other replies to bad reviews the crap manager seems to say ''You never told us about this''...... hang on.... you should be checking these rooms, its YOUR JOB to see these issues. Maybe you should walk around these crap apartments and check them.…

We are very sorry to read this review as our apartments are carefully checked on each changeover and we do pride ourselves on high standards. The owner and Housekeeping Manager checked your apartment on departure and did find the bathroom required some extra mould treatment and there was a loose table leg. We do ask issues to be notified to us as soon as discovered so they can be quickly addressed. We do carefully explain before arrival that parking is by permit which are provided by us and cover all the roads around Trinity Mews along with three nearby car parks.

Nice clean property, as close as you need to the harbour. Bed was super comfy. Didn’t cook but we had everything we needed. We stopped to see if we would like to stay longer, and managed to find a property. Long term as we enjoyed our stay at Trinity Mews Dealing with plumlocations was excellent, fast and professional . I stayed in apartment 15 which was decorated beautifully very clean and spacious. It has everything you need for a good holiday Towels and bed clothes where beautiful white soft. A great place if you want to get away with your dog. Although it was only a two night stay I would definitely definitely stay there again. After I checked out I took my dog for a walk along the beach and didn’t realise I left my wallet behind me until the lady that was cleaning the apartment rang me. So grateful thank you very much.

This is our third time staying at the fabulous Trinity Mews with our pooch in one of the dog friendly units. Absolutely love this little development. Close to the town centre, marina, cafes, bars and shops. Nice and quiet. Usually meet lovely people in the courtyard too.

We booked Trinity Mews as a late booking for a 2 night mid week trip. In the booking I had mentioned the need for the sofa bed to be made and later added details of the 4 guests to the booking. We arrived to find sofa bed not made up. I called the contact number and the lady said I should have specifically written in the notes to make up the sofa bed. She called back to say the bedding was in the wardrobe so I made the sofa bed myself. The lady was polite. I told her that the dining table was dirty as it had encrusted dirt down the fold of the table (see pic) and that the Tv did not work so we likely wouldn’t spend the second night. I had a message from the manager telling me to use the remote for the TV - which I did to no effect. The owner messaged later that evening to say he would send housekeeping in the morning. I found a lock of hair on the bathroom floor that wasn’t ours and decided that the apartment was too dirty, the TV didn’t work and the underneath of the sofa bed was not clean either so we would leave. I messaged the owner to say we would be gone by checkout after the first night. I asked about compensation and was told there would be none. The owner was abrupt in his message and he messaged the next day and offered £50 as his staff confirmed the TV didn’t work. I told the owner to give the money for the whole night which was £145 to charity and give his team a checklist - make sofabed, check TV, check for hair ….. wipe encrusted dirt off table edges … the owner said he would give £100 to charity if that would stop my taking things further. He added that the encrusted dirt was toast crumbs - though they were hardened as I’d tried to wipe them using a kitchen roll and they were stuck to the wood. I didn’t reply as I had already suggested to the owner that he donate the amount. I never heard back again from the owner. Hopefully for future travellers they took on board my advice and make these simple checks before releasing a room - the TV is a basic check ! This was room 13…
