I booked my mum in to this lovely guesthouse through booking.com . It was a last minute booking but looking at the 9 out of 10 reviews online for the price seemed a great idea ! I had a look around when visiting and briefly met a couple of ladies running silverlands and they seemed lovely and accommodating towards my...

This was a lovely BnB and the owners were very friendly. I was slightly worried about parking but I managed to get a space that didn't block anyone in (I'm not sure what the process is if you do block someone in but you are able to park on the road if you wish to avoid this). In terms of...

Rose and Mark are both awesome, they made us feel very welcome and did an amazing breakfast! We were there for our wedding so to have them as kind as they were helped loads with the nerves. My family and I had 4 rooms in total. They were all clean and tidy. The location was ideal. About a 15-20min walk...

Superb little hotel, which is bright and airy and spotlessly clean. There's a really friendly welcome, plenty of advice on local sights, and Marc pointed us to a very good pub to eat. Marc cooks the fullest of full English breakfasts to perfection. I won't look anywhere else in Torquay. Outstanding value for money.

Lovely cosy and comfortable guesthouse. Great night's sleep, bed comfortable. Facilities in bedroom were perfect. Marc and Rose were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were superb, plenty of it, great choice and piping hot. We will return to Torquay and stay at Silverlands.

We had a great four days staying at Rose and Marc's b&b. The house was spotless and very homely. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great. Would definitely go back.
