We received a very warm welcome from Martin when we arrived, we were also given a parking permit, which was an added bonus. The breakfast was very good, plentiful with nothing too much trouble. The young waitress was very welcoming and pleasant. Really nice little extras like the use of a fridge in the guest lounge made things very convenient....

Never stayed in a BnB before so was a bit worried but after staying I really don't know why I was, however it will be hard for other BnBs to live up to this place! Martin and Nikki very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful! Showed us where to find everything we may have needed during our stay. There...

The dinner meal was one of the worst I've ever had, prawn starter was from the worst supermarket cold water prawns that taste of nothing,(suggest they buy a better grade of prawns as they are by the sea, a couple of...

The hotel is smart, clean and comfortable. The ground floor (reception, restaurant, bar and lounge areas) has relatively modern decor. We stayed on a Tuesday, off season, so the hotel was very quiet. The reception wasn't always manned, I believe there was 1 or 2 members of staff who jumped between receptionist and bar/restaurant duties. No inconvenience really. We got...

I only stayed here for one night, but it was lovely. We made a last minute decision to visit Bournemouth and we booked The mayfair due to its availability and the good reviews here on tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. We booked a family room and had breakfast and dinner included for £120 for me and my husband and two...
