The rooms are tidy, albeit slightly dated. The facilities are sufficient and again clean. The service and food is where this hotel really shines. Excellent food served by friendly staff. My fiance and I also had very nice massages from the Arcadia team. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel was nice enough and comfortable with a spacious room. The pool was small but the sauna was struggling to get to a hot enough temperature to raise a sweat. Treatments were available but we did not take ad vantage of them. The restaurant had a decent menu but some of the staff were obviously new and still training...

Hotel room was spacious and fairly priced. Location was excellent for the beachfront and town centre. Walking distance from all main attractions. Only problem was the staff were fairly abrupt, and we had no hot water in our room for he duration of the stay.

We needed a cheap but comfortable one-night stop over for a visit to the BIC. The Trouville Lodge (annex) was ideal, just a few minutes walk from the venue and comfortable but not too basic. Breakfast was available in the main hotel had we required it, but we chose just a room. On the top floor (room 618) there were...

We stayed for 2 nights to visit my daughters at college - check in was smooth and the room was comfortable with very comfortable beds. As it was the weekend, it was very noisy in the town, which is no fault of the hotel but shouting and boy racer type cars going up and down the road. The lodge is...

This is a slightly odd place, but it has some merits. First of all, it's easily to confuse Trouville Hotel and Trouville Lodge. We stayed in the Lodge, which is probably cheaper than the hotel. The room was very basic, but clean. The bed was uncomfortable, the hot water was unpredictable and, although it's July, the room was often cold...

Ground floor room. The accommodation was very clean. However, I couldn't control the heating, there was no shelf in the shower for soap, the shelf over the washbasin was insecure, no towel rail, no safety mat in the shower, just 4 hangers in the wardrobe, no pictures on the wall, cheap thin toilet paper, painful internet connection, cheap horrible tasting...

Had the breakfast which again was very good. The bathroom lighting was a bit dark and the shower either hot or...

We stayed here on 9th September 2015, it was a last minute booking and cost £90 for one night. While booking the room, the guy at reception seemed flustered and failed to give us all the information we needed. We were not even notified of the check out time and the receipt lacked the correct information. When we got to...

Excellent value for money, with breakfast included and access to the leisure facilities in the next door Trouville Hotel. Great and welcoming staff. Adequate rooms. Clean functional. Decent breakfast. Great location for BIC (which is why I stayed there) but unfortunately the traffic noise at night is a real drawback.
