Rooms smell of smoke and mould.
Rooms were not cleaned at all from the previous guests, only thing they had done was made the bed.
When we made a complaint once we returned home, we spoke to a very rude general manager...More
Cheap and cheerful hotel, friendly staff, helpful 24hr reception, good breakfast and clean enough. Very helpful and efficient in returning a shirt I'd left behind! This hotel is obviously no longer in its heyday but they're still doing a good job. Thanks again!
Stayed here for 1 night In the family room, staff was really friendly and very helpful, prices were affordable would definitely stay here again as was good value for money and weather was great aswel which was a bonus

This was a hotel full of stag, hen and party groups and from what I could see in the morning no children was present at breakfast. I personally would only stay here with adult friends/group party but not with my children
