The location is perfect - walk straight across the road down an alleyway and you're at the perfect first view of the beach and pier within 5 minutes. You're a 10 minute walk to the Bournemouth International centre which was the reason we came to Bournemouth ( to see Ricky Gervais) The staff are professional and working hard in a...

On the whole the hotel was OK. Really old and needed some work. The room we had was very large. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom however was awful , it had the tiniest window which was il lfitting and the wind howled through it. It would have been better not to have had a window at all. The restaurant...

The room was big and clean, the bed was comfy and the hotel had free wifi. The room needed some TLC and the double glazing window seals were gone. The floor boards all creaked all over the hotel. The breakfast and staff was excellent

We stayed here 2 years ago and came back because it is a good place to stay. The staff were excellent, and the room and breakfast and customer service was great. The property is a bit dated but everything was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights and we didnt arrive until nearly 10pm, so i called the hotel as we wanted something to eat when we got there and we were told on the phone that we could get sandwiched which was great. We arrived, checked in and took our cases to our room. There was a lift to our floor...

I rang up the hotel a couple of days before arrival to ask if I could get an upgrade as it was my husbands birthday on the day we were arriving. They did...

We arrived at 1.30pm and the room was ready which was good considering check in is 2pm. We then went straight into Bournemouth centre to have a look around and grab a coffee and had a stroll along the beach and round the lower gardens. Before we knew it, it was dark so we headed back up the big, long...

Yes the Hotel could do with updating and the outside in day light isnt inspiring, but by night when its lit up its an impressive building. Entrance way and bars have been updated , the lift was an experience probably been there since it was built. Reception staff...

We arrived on Friday17th February 2017 and where dealt with quite rapidly considering that in excess of 100 people were arriving that afternoon. We got to our room which was adequate although we had to ask for hangers for our wardrobe but the room staff were very helpful. The food and service in the dining hall was first class from...
