The staff go well out the way to help you and Steve was always around to help. Breakfast was fantastic with an excellent range from cereals to bacon and eggs. We stayed for an evening meal on Saturday night and for £12.95 for a three course meal was well worth the price. We will defiantly stay again and we are...

We visited here on a 4 day national holidays trip which was an amazing low priced bargain. The hotel is on the second line from the cliff top on the east part of the town . It looks ok but perhaps could do with some attention to the gardens and grounds. Inside the reception area is bright and spacious. The...

we arrived at 9pm on a Friday night and could park right outside the hotel door, which was brilliant for a family of 6 with lots of luggage! at the hotel reception I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked us in quickly - £3 to park until 3pm the following day was a bargain as the hotel...

First room we were offered, was not good so went back to reception to be told sorry we are full, when I said that wasn't good enough, the Manager came out and found me an alternative room. He handled the situation really professionally and apologised that he couldn't do more as the hotel was full Really impressed,

You know what annoys me? Whingers. Let me tell you why.....you get what you pay for...so why whinge it wasn't up to your expectations? Complaining that Heathlands Hotel doesn't have the decor of the Ritz is like complaining that Favourite Chicken doesn't hold a Michelin star. Granted, the decor wasn't anything but average, however I can honestly say that the...

OMG what can I say! When you first walk in it appears to be quite pleasant. We had booked a twin room, and it was bloody awful - VERY DATED. Def hadn't been cleaned, although I did check bedding which was clean apart from my pillow which had lots of hairs on. Every thing in this room was disgusting, all...

We stayed in room 237. Very clean well decorated and warm. Plenty of hot water. Food good and nicely presented. Replenished when needed promptly. Plates hot on the hot buffet. Staff all very friendly and seemed happy in their work. Had a couple of minor problems but these were dealt with immediately. Location excellent 10 minutes to Bournemouth and local...
