Very friendly. Very clean. Excellent value for money if taken as part of the gold voucher deal. Can't fault it. Staff all work very hard. Few minor issues at dinner, should have jug of water left on table rather than keep asking for refil but nothing to stop me returning

Hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was good and quickly served and restaurant service excellent. Good location in centre of Bournemouth. Only a very small swimming pool on the site. Expensive parking fee.

Nice greeting at reception. Break between Christmas and New year. Room 303 on side of hotel overlooking reasonably busy road. Minor noise from lorry unloading metal cages am. Restaurant busy but served promptly. Staff coped well with noisy disturbing children and unreasonable parents demands! Why cannot hotels have separate kids mealtimes? Pool good. All Staff very attentive, including room staff to...

I stayed here for 1 night. Upon arrival we were told we were being given a room upgrade for free. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful conservatory attached. The bathroom was nearly as big as the room itself! We were pleased with our stay the ONLY downfall was being woken up by the churchbells which are across the...

Looking at some earlier reviews I wonder sometimes if some people are full of their own self importance! We did a lot of reviewing before deciding to go to this hotel for a 3 day stay over the new Year period. This hotel offered a package of good food and entertainment and was bang in the middle of Bournemouth centre....

A wonderful arrangement by the Norfolk Royale for our Christmas stay in Bournemouth. We had a spacious family room for three, with comfortable beds and up to date amenities. The food during our stay was excellent, served by friendly helpful staff. Entertainment in the evenings was provided for the guests, either for just relaxation or for dancing to the band...

It is a lovely building, wonderfully characterful, with an elegant dining room and comfortable lounge, and it was kept very warm throughout. Our room (3) was clean and comfortable with necessary amenities, although will benefit from the refurbishment. The unit bearing the kettle etc was scuffed and in need of refurbishment or replacement, and the mattress should be replaced as...
