Came here for a night, needed somewhere close to the o2 arena. The parking was a nightmare but was greeted by a lovely guy at reception who was very helpful. Room was a decent size however was extremely cold even after putting the non existent heating on. Only one towel and bath was a bit dirty. Breakfast was inedible as...

Oh my God, I didn't think hotels like this were aloud to operate in 2017 , it was a nightmare. I don't know where to start, the first room we were offered was a joke , it was more like a smashed up prison cell that had been patched up to a standard where you could just about have a...

Overpriced, scruffy and dirty. We were informed on checking in that the hotel was full of hen and stag dos. We were traveling with two young children and were in a family room. We were sandwiched between two rooms of single sex groups who played music most of the night and kept us awake. The only redeeming feature of this...

When arriving we were told that they had no family rooms available and that we would have to pay extra to stay in 2 rooms - which were not together. Clearly this wouldn't work but they resolutely...

Previously visited in November 2016 when I gave this hotel a very good review. Visited again in early March and, unfortunately, less impressed this time round. Stayed in Room 85 - a good sizes twin-bedded room at the front of the property, overlooking the smoking area and this lead to some disturbance from overly-loud conversations going on late at night....

We stayed on a long weekend with several friends on a Harry Shaw excursion. Room was reasonable and the main areas could do with a facelift. However there are good public areas ad bar with plenty seating. The food served was hot and plentiful both dinner and breakfast. Staff and management efficient and polite. Would not hesitate to stay again...

Spent 3 nights here, wasn't looking forward to it, as I read the reviews. The outside, as I arrived didn't look promising, the little roundabout in front of the hotel was full of weeds, not a welcoming site. We booked in , went to the room. Was surprised, a large room with settee , double bed, well decorated, very comfortable,...
