We stayed here for 4 nights with a national bus tour. The hotel is definitely not 5 star in desperate need of a makeover. The beds were clean and food provided was sometimes good and sometimes below par. The staff were friendly and helpful doing a great job. Night time entertainment appeared to be decent but seating arrangements poor if...

Overall our time in the hotel was not good enough, rooms very dated although clean. Shower very poor, just a dribble most of the time. Bar and prices ok. Evening meal on first evening was very bland. Breakfast was a free for all on Sunday with no organisation at all, slightly better on Monday. Admittedly we were on a budget...

Contained all the usual accessories and had a lovely bathroom en suite. The staff were very efficient and pleasant and the food was plentiful and satisfactory. The dining room coped...

From the outside the Hotel looks quite impressive however underneath doesn't quite match up. Collected our keys and made our way to our allocated room. It was clear that we appeared to be in the oldest part of the...

We enjoyed four comfortable nights at the Carrington. We had a room in the Frome and Avon wing, which was huge with comfy beds and chairs, well stocked tea and coffee and a good bathroom. We have stayed before, taking advantage of some great deals. Dinner varies in standard but is plentiful, with plenty of choice. The bar meals are...
