No gym at this Hotel... but opposite The Wessex hotel which is a little run down has a swimming pool and gym.. if you attend you can use their pool and gym at cheap price.. just say your from the Bournemouth Sands Hotel.

I think we had room 225 which is a good size double room , as to payment this normally taken at booking stage, have a nice stay
