My partner and I stumbled across this hotel whilst looking for a suitable location to host our wedding. The outside view is beautiful with well maintained gardens overlooking the sea, this was a good start. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown around the hotel including various bedrooms. Whilst there the hotel was busy mainly with Sunday lunch goers so...

This is (sadly) the third occasion that I have used the Miramar for a post funeral reception for someone close to me. As with my previous experiences over five years, the staff at the hotel have always been completely on the ball. Theo was quick in email responses and assisting in specific requirements and the spacious Drawing Room at the...

We have been coming to the Mirimar in February for years. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The food always excellent, was this even better this year. The waiter Andrew, as always very friendly and efficient. A wonderful break.

Nice hotel on seafront. Good staff and food. Bar area a bit chaotic, especially around afternoon tea time - our scones got lost but turned up eventually! Lovely room, but perhaps a little too much furniture in it. Would go again as very central - just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

Went to grab a coffee and sit in the relaxed lounge but there was a horrible noise every 10 seconds, when we asked about it the waiter told us it was low battery noise on the automatic door sensor and he didn't have the Kew to fix it! We couldn't stay very long, even though they turned on the radio...

When I booked the room I was told there was some ongoing alterations to the ball room and restaurant, I did not expect when we arrived the reception the entrance to be covered in dust from wood-saws, carpet was being replaced and really the hotel should have closed for a day. The dust was extremely bad but at least my...

Have been staying here,of and on, for years. Staff go the extra mile. So much more friendly than a chain hotel. Just gets better. A country hotel by the sea. Great for sea and town. Food excellent as usual. Hard to find a fault.

Once again, we have enjoyed a brilliant break at the Miramar Hotel, Bournemouth. The hotel is situated in a prime position overlooking the sea, with beautiful gardens. The accommodation is very good with individually designed bedrooms. The food and service are second to none and members of staff are very professional but also welcoming. Every meal was superbly cooked and...
