Had a room booked for about 3 months. When turned up the lady said it was cancelled, we had no idea it had been cancel. No notice no emails no nothing. We were stuck in Bournemouth with nowhere to stay, The man and lady could not tell us why it had been cancelled and wasn't helpful at all.

I had a great experience there, staff were really kind people. Always ready to help. The hotel is an old building but it is well kept. There is free wi-fi. The hotel is well situated less than 2 minutes walk from/to the beach and less than 10 mins walking from the night clubs.

me and my partner and my friend and her partner went to this hotel for one night, we booked it before we checked the review's and we thought we made a big mistake once reading the reviews, we thought we was only there for 1 night so wouldn't matter, we turned up just before 3 and they said we couldn't...

Cheap is not always the wisest option! Certainly the case with this place. In brief- Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Beds so old they have sheets of MDF under the mattresses. Hot water temperamental. Noisy late night comings and goings, doors banging. Breakfast was a complete farce. Every time anyone tried to use the toaster, the fuses tripped! Overpriced bar. Just...

Blood on the bathroom wall, stains on the pillow, snot stuck to the wall next to the bed, and a bed made of MDF nailed to the floor. If that is what you are after this is the hotel for you - if not stay well clear of what was the most disgusting hotel I have ever come across !

I needed a cheap hotel for 7 hours, changing trains. On arrival my booking hadn't been received, coupled with a porter who did not speak English. On finally checking in, I went to the room; 4 single (incredibly uncomfortable) beds, but no double (I'm 6'6"). The irony being the room was barely big enough for three beds. Curtains didn't close...

Just back from my birthday celebrations in Bournemouth, we booked using awesome weekends and did cocktail making at revolution. I was worried about the hotel from the reviews, yes it's basic but for the money we paid wasn't expecting the ritz! We had two four bed rooms, they have tv, hair dryer, hot showers, tea/coffee so was fine for what...

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the hotel is dated but very clean lovely food and friendly staff. You get what you pay for. Great location close to pubs restaurants shops and beach :-) would highly recommend for anyone looking for budget accommodation.

This hotel was a nightmare from the start. The corridors smelt, huge piles of dirty linen greeted us outside each of the rooms when we arrived. I didn't dare inspect the mattresses too closely, afraid of what I might find.Breakfast was a 'free for all'. People grabbed what they could when it arrived. The whole place was just interested in...

Very dirty breakfast room - stained chairs and table cloths. Wi-fi did not work ( a bit in the lobby, but...
