Check in was quick and efficient with on site parking which was handy. Very close to Bournemouth sea front, town centre and bic. Rooms were very dated but bed was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that our room, room 4, smelt very strongly of cigarettes which they had tried to mask with neutradol!! Cheap to stay but would... More

We were given a room opposite the bar on the ground floor next to reception - possibly the worst place in Bournemouth to have a room if you want a quiet evening and an early night after a long day. We asked to move room but were met with a cool reception. Things eventually quietened down around midnight after we... More

Spent a night here to avoid a late night drive back after seeing Paul Simon at the BIC (excellent!). You can tell it's at the cheaper end of the scale, but the room was clean and perfectly acceptable. Very good service from the young man in charge, and the poached eggs we both had for breakfast were excellent; mine came... More

Stayed here for one night whilst attending a concert. Staff here were really friendly and helpful. The room was warm, and sheets were clean. Decor was a bit dated and while the room was generally clean, the TV remote control was absolutely filthy, I would estimate that it has never been cleaned. Had to clean it with a baby wipe... More

In a good position in town an old fashioned B&B very cheap good breakfast could do with some investment and modernisation. At the end of the day at the price we paid was good value and fine for a night or two. Parking on site and staff very polite.
